What is Britain?

£5.00 / Sold Out

'What is Britain?' is a follow-up to 'Lie of the Land'. It goes deeper into a particular strand of the British myth - one that is about knowing one's place, that the order of things is natural, and that those in positions of power have our best interests at heart.

It is an imperfect polemic about the past inside the present; austerity, racism, colonialism, classism, poverty, middle class apathy, and the cruelties of capitalism.

Old photos, found text, my own paintings, collaged together.
